Mesclun (mes-klǝn) is old Occitane for “mixture” and in popular culture refers to mixed greens. Mesclun offers continental classics and local favourites prepared by resident Chef Katrina Khun-Alcantara, who draws inspiration from her rich culinary heritage and global experiences.
