Mesclun (mes-klǝn) is old Occitane for “mixture” and in popular culture refers to mixed greens. Mesclun offers continental classics and local favourites prepared by resident Chef Katrina Khun-Alcantara, who draws inspiration from her rich culinary heritage and global experiences.
Over the years, they have been recognized as a premier caterer for weddings, corporate events and special gatherings, and take pride in providing delicious, memorable food and impeccable service at our events.
